Welcome to Vidraven. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vidraven platform (the "Service"), operated by Vidraven ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Upload malware or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to and generate with the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Vidraven a limited, worldwide license to host, process, and deliver your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use it.

5. Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits do not expire and remain yours to use within the Service even after having cancelled your subscription.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive for an extended period, or if we are required to do so by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidraven will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vidraven is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
